(Peter Anderson) The correspondence between Patriarch Theophilos of Jerusalem and Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew has now been made public. Last week, a photocopy of the letter from Theophilos to Bartholomew was posted. The letter, dated December 11, 2019, was written in English and was very carefully worded in an attempt to avoid the impression that Theophilos was convening a synaxis of the primates. read more
