One year after the Third European Ecumenical Assembly, two delegations of Ccee and Kek (the two organisations that promoted the event) met the leaders of the Churches in Sibiu on Saturday July 12th in Sibiu: the Orthodox metropolitan bishop, the bishops of the Lutheran, evangelical and reformed Churches and the Catholic and Greek-Catholic bishops. The delegations - headed by the two secretaries general of Ccee and Kek, mgr. Aldo Giordano and rev. Colin William, respectively - also met the members of the local committee that had helped them to carry out the Ecumenical Assembly and the local and central public authorities. The meeting was also attended by the Minister of Culture and Cult of Bucharest's Government and the Mayor of Sibiu. "An important, symbolic journey - tells mgr.
